The Parish Board meets the second Tuesday of odd numbered months. Meetings are held at Zion church. The Parish board has three members from each congregation.

Parish Activities
Parish Board sets the parish budget, makes recommendations back to the individual church councils, sets up parish functions such as a parish service instead of individual services, such as the service on the parsonage lawn in August when neither church was having indoor services.
Severe Weather Contact System
This service will notify families when severe weather cancels church services. It will also be used for meeting notices and church service cancellations or other urgent situations.
The system will use your cell number if it was provided or else we will use home number on record in the directory. If your home number has solicitor screening requiring someone to press 8, we need a cell number as the system won't leave a message when no one answers.
