The Parish Board meets the second Tuesday of odd numbered months. Meetings are held at Zion church. The Parish board has three members from each congregation.

Parish Activities
Parish Board sets the parish budget, makes recommendations back to the individual church councils, sets up parish functions such as a parish service instead of individual services, such as the service on the parsonage lawn in August when neither church was having indoor services.
Severe Weather Contact System
The system will use your cell number if it was provided or else we will use home number on record in directory. It works best with cell phone numbers because if you have Garden Valley’s option (press #), it won’t go through.
Also have noticed some numbers need to be updated. Please call or text your name & number to Bonny at 612.840.9401 to add cell information to the system. Also the system prefers cell numbers as it can then send a text.
This service will also be used for meeting notices and church service cancellations or other urgent situations.
