Salem Sunday School
SUNDAY SCHOOL
Salem Sunday School meets during the school year from September through April. Classes do not meet on Sundays that fall during school holidays. Classes are available for students from 3 years old up through 9th grade, confirmation class. Sunday School activities include Bible stories, memory work, singing, arts & crafts, games and culinary activities.
Rally Sunday 2026
Rally Sunday began with students returning for Sunday School. Durin worship a video review of VBS was shown. During church services, third grader Elliot received his Bible and 7 eighth graders received their confirmation Bible. Following the presentation SAM Lindi spoke to all the Sunday School children and gave them a keychain for their backpacks. After the worship service, a lunch of BBQs, salads, and ice cream sundaes was served in the basement.
Confirmation & First Communion Classes
Salem Confirmation classes begin Sept 23 Wednesday night.​

Youth Activities
Lots of activities for all ages!
In addition to Sunday School, Salem offers VBS (Vacation Bible School) for a week in the summer. Fifth graders take a class about communion so they are ready for their first communion. Eighth and ninth graders have weekly confirmation classes during the school year. Sunday School also continues their confirmation studies. Junior and Senior High youth are also able to participate in the parish youth group.
